What data we collect via the website

When you send an appointment request, we receive the details you enter: your full name, phone number, email address (if provided), the selected service, your preferred date and time of day, and your message. We do not ask for medical records via the form – please do not send them this way.

Purpose and retention

Your data is used solely to process your request: to confirm, change or cancel your appointment and to contact you about it. Your request is entered into a secure booking system on the clinic's server (accessible only to authorised staff, with a password) and sent by email to the clinic team. If you have provided an email address, we send you an acknowledgement, an appointment confirmation and reminders 7 days, 1 day and 2 hours before your appointment.

We do not share your data with third parties and do not use it for marketing. All requests and their history are deleted automatically after 12 months (confirmed appointments 12 months after the appointment date, all others 12 months after submission). Your IP address is not stored in its original form – only as an irreversible record used to protect the form against misuse, for no longer than 24 hours.

Cookies and analytics

Without your consent, this website does not use tracking cookies. If you select “Accept” in the notice, Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) is enabled with a shortened IP address, so that we can see which pages are visited and how many appointment requests arrive via the website. Your choice is stored only in your browser; you can change it by clearing this website's data in your browser.

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by sending a message to info@saradent.net.
